The college is located in a sprawling campus at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad at a compatible distance of 10 Km from Delhi. It is very well connected by road and Train. Railway station of Sahibabad and Ghaziabad are equidistantly located and it takes hardly 10 mins. to reach college by public transport which is abundantly available.

The campus area of Modern College of Professional Studies is 1.217 acres and the total built up area is 3326.39 Sq meter. The first floor of B.Ed department of the college is equipped with 5 classrooms, multipurpose cum seminar hall with a seating capacity of 200 students, Work experience Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Staff room. The ground floor of B.Ed department is equipped with Management Room, Principal Office, Technology laboratory, Visitors Room, Health and Physical Resource Center, Library cum Reading Room, Girls common room, boys common room, canteen, separate washroom facility for boys and girls and parking space. An inquiry office is also there for the students.
